I know it's not much to look at, technically speaking, but I'm still disproportionately pleased to have made my knitting comeback with this chunky scarf for my goddaughter. It's a tad bobbly along the sides, and I only realised you're not supposed to knot new colours together once halfway through - on my third attempt. I've also had to cover up a few schoolgirl errors with the buttons and ribbon. So we'll put it down to experience. She's only three anyway - who's to know.

do you get vogue knitting? my friend haley dolan katko has a picture she drew in this month's issue. it's of a crazed little girl staring at some knitting or something. i didn't know you knitted kitty. hugs n stiches xx
